- Bulgarian Railway Company EAD launches the implementation of project BG05SFPR002-1.004-1678 "Adapted working environment in BULGARIAN RAILWAY COMPANY EAD" under the "Adapted working environment" procedure.
The main objective of the project is to adapt the working environment in response to the new challenges arising from the transition to a climate-neutral economy and changing work models. In this regard, measures are envisaged to improve the working environment in the company, including providing personal protective equipment for employees and optimizing working conditions by implementing "green" work models.
As a result of the implementation of these goals, it is expected to create a better, healthier and safer working environment, which in turn will contribute to increasing the motivation and productivity of employees and thus achieving competitiveness and sustainable growth.
The project is implemented with the financial support of the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Union. The total cost of the project is 64,615.50 BGN, the amount of grant being 51,692.40 BGN, and the value of own financing is 12,923.10 BGN.
